Cyllen was a son of King Elatus and a prince of Arcadia. He was a descendant of Zeus.

He was the brother of Stymphalus, Aepytus, and Pereus and the half-brother of Ischys and Dotis. He was named after the mountain his family resided on; Mount Cyllene.
